So Very International

Our dear friend Teresa is in the Philippines visiting her parents and we have Skyped with her a few times... Brennan will point to the computer when I ask him where Tita Tress is, and he really seems to interact with her (and others) when we Skype. He offers her bites of his dinner and laughs at a stuffed animal she plays with on her end. Very cool technology! This is what we look like from Cebu!

Brennan's First Birthday...

We had a small party on Saturday with grandparents and aunts/uncles and one little friend (I'll post pics later)...

Today was the actual day, and we had a pretty normal day with an outing to the zoo... We stopped by the flamingos and DUCKS! for a little lunch and opening of Nonna's gift...




Ride on the beautifully restored carousel...


And first gelato after dinner at B's favorite neighborhood eatery, Il Pollaio...



Pretty good day. So glad our little guy is here with us, and so thrilled for his good health...
